Holly's Massage work is Deep Tissue Massage with Trigger Point Release for specific areas of Recovery.  She also provides Soft Tissue Massage and Aromatherapy Oil Massage for Relaxation. 

 

Holly's Acupuncture work is used to help clients alleviate their symptoms of stress and anxiety, as well as headaches, neck & back & knee pain, sinusitis & allergies, and women's health.

She works with singers, stage performers, and professional voice users to support improved quality & vocal performance.  She also works with non-professional voice users to help release jaw tension & muscle tension dysphonia, and symptoms associated with brace wearing, teeth grinding & dental work.

Holly's coaching focuses on skills improvement and performance enhancement, with structured sessions and measurable outcomes tailored to the individual. She also works with apprentices in the financial services sector to help them refine specific skills within a financial context, and to support them through their professional, career and personal growth journeys.

She is a fully insured and accredited member of the Massage Training Institute (MTI) and is registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).  She follows the Code of Ethics Framework as set out by The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

Hollys qualifications;

• Level 4 Practitioner Diploma in Holistic Massage with Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology. 

• Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring.

• Level 3 Award in Education and Training.

• ​Certified & Licensed in Acupuncture.

• Certified in Vocal Massage Therapy (including the neck, jaw, intra oral treatment and laryngeal manipulation).
