Autumn Release


For many of us we use our voice without issue or pain and a regular "vocal MOT" can help to keep our vocal tract healthy, enabling us to perform at our best on the stage, at work, at home and at play.


Sometimes our voice can feel tight, restricted and uncomfortable; both physically and psychologically. This can be conscious pain, and it can also be unconscious or deep rooted tension. It may have been caused by a triggering event such as loss or trauma, or it may have built up gradually over time.


Through breath work and myofascial release, we can help the body to relieve tension, and to let go of what is no longer serving you.


In these Autumn months, we focus on the lungs, the breath and the voice, emphasising the importance of respiratory and vocal health. Let's restore and revive our voice, let our voice be heard.
